This is the Mis en Place for our Honey Whole Wheat Bread

We added all of our wet ingredients and salt at the bottom and then added our dry sifted ingredients and yeast on top and mixed until the dough just came together.
We sat the dough back in to the bowl and put a little more oil on top and the saran wrap over top so the dough could rise without losing moisture.
Here it is after it had time to rise
We sat it on the table and portioned it out and allowed everyone to make either single knot or double knot rolls or braid the dough.
Here are 2 braids my group made
We baked them in the oven at 325 for about 45 minutes after they came out of the proofer and once they were done cooking we sat them on the rack to cool
